Because our custom healing containers, live classes, and 1-on-1 sessions require deep,
specialized energetic preparation and hold strictly limited availability on our calendar, the
following policies apply to all transactions:

● All Sales Are Final: Due to the custom, non-tangible nature of spiritual services, digital
products, and masterclasses, all payments are completely non-refundable.
● Payment Terms: Payments must be completed in full at the time of booking or in
accordance with agreed-upon payment plan intervals.
● Expiration Windows: Promotional bundles and session packages must be scheduled
